NO BUG: Bricks 2.0 RC ==> Broken website

Browser: Brave 1.79.126, Firefox 139.04
OS: Windows 11 Pro, 24H2, 26100.2314
I make a simple website using Bricks 1.9.9, then upgraded to 2.0 beta, but when upgraded to 2.0 RC the website is broken, downgraded to 2.0 beta and works ok again.
I inserted 4 images here about the website, working ok (bricks 2.0 beta) a broken (bricks 2.0 RC).
The problem is not related to plugis, I disabled polylang and duplicator pro just to check it and website still broken (no header/footer) in bricks 2.0 RC.

After removed conditions from headers and footers the website is working perfect. Thanks for your help.
