NO BUG: Block editor styles overwritten on Bricks + Spectra

Browser: Chrome 110
OS: macOS / Windows / Linux / etc.

I am using the latest release of Bricks and started noticing the content in Gutenberg editor was not styled to show hierarchy as it usually does. After some troubleshooting, it appears to be happening when the Spectra plugin is used in conjunction with Bricks.

Below are screenshots of some found behavior:

This environment seems to include values of ‘inherit’ for heading and link styles (font size, weight, etc).
Bricks (spectra deactivated): works like a charm!

As a follow up - I’ve found a temporary solution for this issue - rolling back to a previous version of Spectra.

The issue occurred with Spectra v. 2.15.2 Rolling back to version 2.15.0 resolved the issue. Not sure where this bug needs to be addressed (bricks or spectra) but this is a good temporary solution.

I was just about to start testing this, and I’m so happy that you found a solution. Since rolling back Spectra, but keeping Bricks on the same version, works, I would say that you should contact them to check what changed on their end.

If you will need anything else, please let me know, but for now, I’ll mark this topic as a NO BUG.
