Audio element stretches to the edge of the screen until you play it

Thanks so much for your report!
Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Neither with the WP Audio element from Gutenberg within a Post Content element nor with the Bricks Audio element.
My guess in your case is that caching and/or minifying is responsible. This would also explain why the player is missing all styles when loading the page (see the time display when hard-reloading). Please exclude the following files from caching/minifying and see if that fixes your problem:
