NO BUG: Another 1.8 nav issue (Pagely CDN not purged)

Browser: Chrome 110
OS: macOS / Windows / Linux / etc.
URL: Link to a page that illustrates this issue
Video: (Jam)

Dev site is on 1.8

The video shows a different nav menu than the live site to emphasize the problem I’m seeing. I’m using the Nav Menu element and where there is a submenu item, the site displays a container. The container is visible on my site because the Section background is dark and the bug nav container is white. If I add an icon to display in the nav, the background of that icon remains white. Apart from the background color, I also do not know why the container breaks to a second line.

I tried regenerating the CSS as noted in other 1.8 Nav tickets, but that did not fix the issue.

Hope the video is helpful but can provide more info if needed.

Thanks Bricks Team
Juan

Hi Juan,

I can not replicate this issue locally. Could you share some temporary admin login details with us via email (help@bricksbuilder.io), plus a link to this forum post as a reference? Thank you.

Greetings,
Thomas

Turns out the Pagely CDN cache was the root cause, not Bricks

For anyone else using Pagely and building with Bricks, please disabled the Pagely cache & the CDN during development, or at least make sure to purge those as needed as described here https://support.pagely.com/hc/en-us/articles/200237680-How-do-I-purge-the-CDN- and https://support.pagely.com/hc/en-us/articles/200236950-How-Do-I-Purge-All-the-Cached-Pages-Assets-for-My-Site-
