On ajax pagination element I choose last page (No 7 in my case) of WooCommerce shop, so the URL is .../shop/page/7/. When I refresh the page I’m back on homepage.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Have you activated the “is main query” setting in your products loop?

I can’t reproduce it too now. 
But now on the 6th and 7th page Bricks shows “This page doesn’t exist.” but after setting the Is main query = true it works great. Thanks.
