NEED HELP, if someone can figure out how to display the images generated on the archive using ACPT and bricks builder please let me know I found that if I add :large in front of the image shortcode on the fields in bricks makes the image larger but it cannot be customized if you use bricks builder lets create a request to get this fix, or if already is been a fix or there is a dirty hack please share it
Please Let me know how you get the image larger and all the same size in the archive because I want to display a bigger image in it, for example, to cover the width of each box.
As Curtis already mentioned, you can do everything you want to with a custom layout and the query loop. Alternatively, you could help yourself with custom CSS and change the posts element accordingly, like:
Thank you timmse and other users for responding, and apologize for adding it to bugs I think I selected the wrong category. so yes I’m aware of using the custom query loop design where you can custom create how you want to design the post or gallery whatever the custom post type is about and i understand that I can make circles and all the king of things with this custom query loop in bricks is SUPER AWESOME done it on a testing site and works perfect, the BiGGGEEEESt problem and limitations im getting going this route is that I don’t have the option to filter by categories or by tags, I want the visitor to be able to filter by categories on one of the projects I have to build and when I use query loops is awesome to custom design but I don’t have the option of filtering, on the other hand, if I use the posts element y have the functionality on it. so my frustration is that I want to be able to create a custom design on the query loop and also have the ability to create a filterable by category on the archive page. hope this makes sense. And I know it may be plugins out there that my solve my problem but i just want to get it done within Bricks builder and ACPT. please let me know if there is a way to get it done with in bricks builder and create the custom query loop without using third plugins. thank you again and my apology for the long message.
All good, no problem. Currently, as you rightly say, you can only “filter” with the posts element, whereby this is not a real filter - but better than nothing
However, we have a rather highly voted task on filtering and sorting on the list, Accordingly, it is only a matter of time before this will also be possible with the query loop.
