NO BUG: 1.11.1 / Product purchased by user condition Not work

Browser: Chrome new
OS: macOS / Windows / Linux / etc.
URL: Link to a page that illustrates this issue

hello,

In the new version, I bought a product as a test. Then I added a button in the query loop and set a condition on it according to the screenshot below.
conditions

This button is expected to be displayed for the product that I purchased as a test. But it doesn’t work at all. am i wrong?

I also have a question about this new condition

Can we display an element in the user account, if the user has purchased product X? In fact, users who have purchased product X can view the desired section in their user account.

Hi @jolia ,

Kindly provide a screenshot of the location for this condition.
Is it on the Query loop div or inside the loop?
What is the Query loop setting?

Regards,
Jenn

Hi @itchycode,

I just added a button in the query loop in the product archive and set the above screenshot condition on it.

Hi @jolia

I am not able to replicate the issue.

This is my setup

Can you check what is your order status? By default, only Processing or Completed orders are considered as paid in WooCommerce.

I also have a question about this new condition
Can we display an element in the user account, if the user has purchased product X? In fact, users who have purchased product X can view the desired section in their user account.

Unfortunately, this is not available.

Regards,
Jenn

Thank you @itchycodem

I just found out that the problem is with WooCommerce. I don’t know why But when I buy a product as a test (cash on delivery), WooCommerce does not count it as an order and does not display it in WooCommerce reports. For this reason, Bricks cannot identify the products sold.

The plugin User Switching may help to preview the template from the account of a real customer with orders.
