Hello, first of all I’d like to thank you for the update and the option to add parallax. However, after a quick round of testing, it’s unusable for me. On desktop it’s somewhat acceptable when the background is set to bottom-center, but on mobile the background splits into two parts — in the lower section you can see the top edge of the background, and in the upper section the bottom edge of the background. Personally, I would prefer it to behave like “fixed,” but in a way that also works on Apple devices. Here is a small example of how it’s implemented on another website — just scroll down to the “Your desert will be” section: https://bobocafe.cz/
Hey @AdamP,
You can still set it as fixed so the old behavior is still there.
As far as I see, this is just a fixed effect. Can you show the link where you set up the new parallax feature, where I can see what you mean by the mobile splitting into two parts. Maybe you can also record the video for me to understand.
Thank you,
Matej
I feel like I understand what you’re saying – and yeah, I don’t understand why the new parallax doesn’t work the way it should - or at least one might expect. I just tried integrating it and it looks fine on the initial desktop load, but when the browser is shrunk down, the top of the image is visible instead of filling up the container and moving accordingly (despite cover set on size). Back to Bricksforge approach, I guess, or am I totally missing something?
