Need single site license clarification

In reference to a single site license. After looking at:

I’m still a bit confused. I’m trying to accomplish exactly what / how it is being done here:
bricksbuilder.io
forum.bricksbuilder.io
my.bricksbuilder.io

I’m assuming forum. and my. are subdomains, does a single site license cover the above?

Or, does single site license work for multisite like below?
Would have really helped had this been answered:

You need one Bricks license for every Wordpress installation you plan to install Bricks on. What are your plans for those subdomains, 3 separate Wordpress sites? Then you need 3 Bricks licenses, one for each Wordpress install. Or is there only 1 Wordpress install., and the subdomains direct to different pages in a single wordpress site? Then you need just 1 Bricks license.

Thanks for the clarity @Nora, your one line,

You need one Bricks license for every Wordpress installation

made it clearer than the whole documentation page!

Ultimately it’s one site, but I want to separate functionality and server resources.
site.com Main page at root of the domain a simple 2 pages, really no server resources / functionality.
forum.site.com A forum, heavy on resources, functionality, etc.
live.site.com An even heavier on resources, functionality, video, traffic, etc.

I don’t want live.site.com to impact experience / visitors on site.com.
