I want to change the order of columns / divs only in mobile view, but Bricks keeps making that change also on desktop view. How do I lock in this change only under a certain breakpoint?

I don’t know what your layout looks like or exactly what you’re doing, but in general:
If you’re dragging the columns or divs into a different position in the Structure panel, that changes their order at every screen size. To change only their visual order on mobile, switch to the mobile breakpoint, select each child element, and set its Layout → Order value. For example, give the item you want first an Order of 1 and the next an Order of 2. Leave their desktop Order values unset. This works when the parent uses a flex layout.
