Mobile Menu Will Not Toggle Open

Hello. My mobile menu will not toggle open, and Im wondering what I am doing wrong. My Structure is:

Logo

  • Nav Nestable
    • Nav Items
      • Home
      • Podcasts
      • Blogs
      • Item
      • Item
      • Item
      • Item
      • Item
      • Toggle (Close: Mobile)
    • Toggle (Open: Mobile)
  • Button

If I click the hamburger menu, it stops the page from scrolling for a few seconds. Any help would be appreciated.
