Missing Flex wrap option in element style tab flex setting

In the Elements Style tab, the flex control lacks the Flex wrap option.

Not sure what version you are running, but that option is right there.

I’m running 2.3.4, and it is not there, exactly as @jolia describes

Even when you explicitly set display to flex, flex-wrap is absent

The List element is a good example of this.
