Hello - using RC 2.0 version and I am missing the pages icon in the upper left - I have the yellow bricks button, classes/variables, templates, settings, command palette, and the elements/components - do I have to enable the pages icon - was it removed on purpose - what am I missing?

The pages icon has been moved inside the command pallet. You can access it with Command + K or Control + K
