Maintenance/Coming-soon: How to set status code for template, page or ... just somehow ...?

For the purpose of fully controlling maintenance page and coming soon-pages, I need to be able to set a status code somehow. Whether it is in the template or on the page-level or whatever.

How can I do that ? Surely Bricks builder is able to make such relatively simple stuff as maintenance pages and coming-soon-pages ?

Right now I just have one template set to everywhere. It is working for now. But no way to set a status code.

Please advice.

I read that.

It does not answer my question if there is a way to set up status code in Bricks Builder per template or page-level - like in Cwicly.

Hopefully a supported and easy way of doing it is on the roadmap.
