Hello,
I’m a new bricks user and I’m trying to use the new live search widget. If I enter some input in the search field the results appear – that’s great. But if I click outside of the input or delete the entry the results don’t dissapear – they stay at the same place. Is there some tutorial where the build of a live search is explained or is there an option I have to check so the results will disapear?

Hi @fabian.website, Welcome to bricks and community🙂
Just add the main container ID of the search results section in the Live search settings as shown in the image below. Then it will automatically do what you want.
The only problem right now is that it doesn’t work in the Builder and the search results section is always visible.

thank you for your answer. I pasted the id of the section (the query is inside of the div) but it doesn’t work.
In your screenshot it looks like you have passed the section ID to Live search. So it definitely won’t work as expected. Because the section is full width and clicking on the empty space to the left and right of the search results doesn’t close it.
