Without a link to the website it’s impossible to say anything about it 
Sorry it’s my first time. A freelancer has created the site but doesn’t know how to fix it. What else except the website do you need?

Thanks for the link! There’s a click interaction on the outermost wrapper, which might “block” the links inside. Remove the interaction, and it should work as expected.

We do not handle custom website editing or booking work through the forum.
The issue identified above is a site setup issue: remove the click interaction from the outermost wrapper so the links inside can receive clicks normally. If you are not comfortable changing this yourself, please ask the freelancer or site maintainer to apply that change.
If you have builder access: Just open your header template, click the first element in the structure panel, and check the top-left corner to see if the interactions icon is “highlighted”. Click it, delete the interaction, and save the template.
Also, avoid posting email addresses publicly on the forum (I removed it).
