Lightbox Animation Options outside of image element

Hey everyone,

I am not sure if this is really a missing feature, or just something I am doing wrong:
When I select Lightbox in the link options of an image, I have this selection:

If I select Lightbox in the link options of a heading, it looks like this:

Why is this different? Where did my Lightbox Animation and Lightbox padding settings go?
Is there any other way to add the zoom animation?
