"Invalid content type." when editing a template

Browser: Chrome 90
OS: macOS / Windows / Linux / etc.

When editing the template I get the following error “Invalid content type.”
Works fine in page editing.
Please help

PS: Yesterday it works perfectly and I have not made any changes

Can you share a Loom screencast showing the issue?

Have you set any conditions in the template? If so, what are they?
