Integration with cleverreach

Hi, our customer uses cleverreach for email marketing. In BrickBuilder form element, we only see the integration with mailchimp and sendgrid out of the box.

Question: is it still possible with minimum efforts to integrate cleverreach newsletter subscription form?

Thanks, we tried this plugin. It brings its own form designer, have not found a way to connect BB form element with cleverreach.
