My WP site is hosted by Bluehost.com with auto updates enabled, so using the most recent Bricks Builder and dFactory’s “Responsive Lightbox” bundle of 12 paid extension plugins: ie. Lightgallery Lightbox, Strip lightbox, Masonry Gallery Pro. … etc. All extensions installed and activated.
My Bricks beginners problem:
With ELEMENTS view selected in Bricks, I am still not able to see any of the “Responsive Lightbox” elements. Elements from other plugins such as “Bricksable” are visible within the Bricks leftside panel of the canvas editing environment, but none from dFactory’s “Responsive Lightbox” plugin extensions. I have cleared my browser cache and host’s cache, having read online that cache’s can sometimes cause WP editing environments to be out-of-sync.
Other members of this forum mention their Bricks environment includes dFactory’s “Responsive Lightbox”. Hoping to hear any hints to help me figure out what obvious thing I am missing in order to use “Responsive Lightbox” extensions within Bricks WP editing.
I have submitted a support question to dFactory, however have heard nothing from them for weeks.
Related Question – when installing plugins using what I take to be the standard WP method available in my WP dashboard → Add Plugins, is there any other required task in Bricks Builder to update the editor’s visibility of new elements available from plugins ? When I installed the Bricksable plugin using WP I don’t recall doing anything extra in the Bricks environment. The Bricksable elements just appeared in the left panel under the ADDING elements icon. Yet the same process to install “Responsive Lightbox” extension plugins does not seem to make the RL elements available to Bricks Builder.
thank-you
