Please add the disable the Expand editor panel feature if possible. So that we can disable the Expand editor in the Rich Text widget, the css section and the editor in general.
Just like the recently added Expand panel when dropdown is visible feature. With the difference that we can completely disable the Expand panel in the editor.

Yes please, another vote for this. The current behaviour can be irritating as the panel doesn’t seem to go back to normal again if clicking off of CSS (at least noticed in 1.8.2).
