How to trigger animation on 1st page load only? and not on Reload?

I want my animation to only trigger when I first enter the page, when I reload the page I don’t need the animation anymore? Is that possible?

or

Only trigger the animation when scrolling down?

There is no setting for only on first page load as the trigger that I see. There is for Scroll and other triggers.
