How to Extend the Search Functionality of the Filter - Search Element to Include Custom Taxonomy/Tags?

I’m using the Filter - Search element on my website, and I would like to extend its functionality. Currently, it only searches through post titles and excerpts, but I need it to also search within a custom taxonomy that I’ve created for my content.

For example, with the Filter - Checkbox element, you can select an ACF/meta provider to include custom fields in the search filter. However, I haven’t found a similar option or hook that would allow the Filter - Search element to search through custom taxonomies.

I’ve already checked for any custom hooks or filters that might enable this functionality, but I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Is there a way to configure the Filter - Search element to include custom taxonomies in the search results? Or is there another method to achieve this that I might be overlooking?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

A small addition:

My main goal is to be able to search not just through the title and excerpt, but also through additional content like keywords or custom taxonomies. This would significantly improve the search experience for users on my website.
