It seems like I have tried all the possible fixes on Google, YouTube and here, but the Community Templates are still not showing. Any help much appreciated.

To my knowledge, there are currently no known issues with remote templates. Would you please record a screencast showing the problem?

I only get Wireframes or Design Sets…. (or My Templates)
They have been retired.
The “Community templates” option has been retired. We’ll eventually launch a proper “Template Marketplace” for third-party template contributions (free & paid).
You can see it on the change log for 2.2 at the section Bricks Templates: Bricks 2.2 Changelog – Bricks
Choose Design sets, as they are basically the Community Templates - just revamped and renamed
