Ok, This may be a dumb question, but I have spent time making a single post template for a custom post type. When i preview it, it looks fine, but when i “view on frontend” I’m not seeing what I created.
Looks like possibly an older version of a template i made?
How do I ensure the current template is the one linked to the post type?
Do you have an old template with the same display conditions as the new one maybe? Also try re generating css files. Haven’t had this issue even when I went back and forth plenty of times to fine tune a template so I’m guessing something is interfering
Im thinking that is the case, but how do i assign a template to the post type. I created what i did so far by clicking on one of the post within the CPT. And when I click save as template, it asks for template type, where i selected single, but I’m not seeing where to connect it to the actual CPT.
