How do I update Bricks? Updating doesn't work

Hey there,

How do I update my Bricks builder? I purchased a lifetime license one year ago, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. From what I remember this lifetime license should give me access to all future versions. However when I go to all downloadable versions or try to update bricks builder all of the newer versions aren’t listed or being downloaded. I’m stuck at version 1.11.1.1.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hey @devnee,

with the Lifetime license, you will have an access for updates for life, like you have it now. :slight_smile: The version 1.11.1.1 is the latest stble one, released on November 14. (Bricks 1.11.1.1 Changelog – Bricks).
After that, we also released version 1.12-beta, which we released on December 18. But that’s a beta version, so you don’t see it in a dashboard directly, but you need a link. Here is a changelog (Bricks 1.12 Changelog – Bricks), where you can also follow a link.

Maybe you were confused since in this version are only 1 (ones), but if you look at the second number, you will see that it’s 11, which is higher than 9, that was there a year ago :slight_smile:

Thank you for your answer! I’m feeling a little silly now :sweat_smile: I think the many number ones had me confused but 11 is clearly a higher number than 9! Thanks again for the help and for letting me know about version 1.12 beta!
