How do i get the Alt or descrition text into the the custom alt text of a pic?

Is there any way to get the alt or description text into the custom alt text of a pic.

I’m afraid there is no such option to do that.

Anyway, I tried creating ACF(attachment) and having it assigned to the image all format, but it didn’t render the custom alt text from ACF.
