Hide elements on the backend with eye button

Useful feature. Both Elementor and Oxygen has this feature - an eye button on the navigator or the structure panel. It hides the elements only on the backend. Helps to test something on the backend without causing the frontend to change.

You can see an example here: https://elementor.com/marketing/wp-content/uploads/sites/14/2021/05/file-jHzAddAz2y.mp4

I also want to use this “hide on editor only” to visualise my layout when designing my page on the backend. I have something to be displayed on the front end based on condition only (the elements will not show if the condition is not met), but I don’t want it to appear in the editor.

It would be useful for hiding the content both in the editor only and on the front end as well. Just turning the sections on an off. Sometimes you just trying several variations, but don’t want to delete them yet. Yes you could use an always false condition, but this would be more straightforward.

And it could be useful even for the single settings - you could turn on/off settings like padding or typo without loosing the previously entered values. How many times I just wanted to check the before/after view, reset the settings and then had to start all over again, because the values were gone (sometimes undo isn’t a solution, or simply doesn’t work).
