How is possible to hide elements on the backend. Some elements are absolut positioned inside my header. It’s animated on the frontend, but when I edit other pages it hides some important things…
In oxygen builder is an small eye for that:

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, this is not possible yet. You can temporarily hide the elements under style » layout » misc » display: none, so they are not in your way when creating new pages. Don’t forget to remove the setting when you’re finished, otherwise, the elements won’t show at all.

Feature Requests can be submitted at any time via the Idea Board - the forum section is more for discussion purposes but has been treated somewhat neglected by us in the recent past for capacity reasons 
Well I’ve tried to submit a lot of things on the idea board, but they don’t seem to be validated, so I’ve stopped.
And we can’t even know when it is reviewed or what we have already submitted, very limited UI

This is badly needed. Elements are shown in the builder regardless of the display conditions, compounding the problem.
