At the Header/Footer template, the tags & is built in automatically when the template is added, the idea is to make those tags to not built automatically instead we need added it inside the builder, so we have the control inside the builder itself like adding a class, attribute, id and even styling instead use the filter.
At the moment, it’s feel not comfortable when trying to add the custom class or attributes at the using filter, then style it on custom css, it’ll make the other developer confusing when just came to the project and ask “Where the class is added & styled?”

Then, how if add the conditional at the Bricks setting kind of “Exclude , , from template”, and if that condition is enabled, just ged rid the option of sticky header, vertical header or left side header.
