Not having to use Grid Builder any longer, I decided to cancel and got stuck in their cancellation policy guidelines.
If you no longer need their services, here is a heads up on canceling sooner than later.

I recently noticed I was charge for another year of subscription for your service.
I no longer use your plugin and need to cancel.
Please cancel this account and refund the recent charge.
Thank you,

Hello,
You have the option to cancel your license at any time from your account: https://wpgridbuilder.com/account/
As outlined in our refund policy, refunds are available only within the first 14 days following the initial purchase of the plugin (renewal payments are excluded). You can review the full policy here: https://wpgridbuilder.com/terms/#refund-policy.Since this purchase falls outside of that period, we’re unable to issue a refund in this case. Additionally, we’d like to note that three reminder emails were sent prior to your subscription renewal—one month before, two weeks before, and on the day of renewal—to ensure you were informed about the upcoming charge.
Thank you for your understanding.

Good morning,
I do not see these notification emails, also check my spam folder… hmmm.
I understand that you have these guidelines in your refund policy. That makes good sense.
Having been with you for 5 years, I was hoping for a little leeway.
If you still cannot give me a refund, I will have to chalk it up to lesson learned and note this to other users in the Inner Circle (Kevin Geary’s community), and the Bricks Community to give them fair warning about your cancellation policy.
Hopefully we can avoid any other unwary customers being caught in this situation,
Sincerely,
Robert Good.
