GiveWP - can't edit donation form pages despite selecting in template condition

Hi,
I created a page template and attached it to both post type = Page, and post type = Donation Forms, as you can see below.

In this context, Donation Forms refer to GiveWP Campaign Forms.
However, the template doesn’t get assigned to the forms at all. On page it works fine though.

I want to push this post because I am facing the exact same problem.
Both /donations and /donation does not work under Bricks.

I’ve tried many methods to register the /donation (give_forms) post type with Bricks but Bricks just refuse to recognize it.
