Use of the new Map element has a GDPR issue in that permission is required from the site visitor to download any third-party content and the new element downloads map tiles from the chosen mapping server.
I have been using the Leaflet Map plugin by bozdoz that utilises another plugin ‘DSGVO snippet for Leaflet Map and its Extension’ by hupe that places an opaque layer over all maps and adds a GDPR Acceptance button on top that the user must click to reveal that map or all maps on the site.
It would be great if the Map element used that plugin if it was present or you could utilise its code (it is opensource) to add similar GDPR functionality to Bricks.
