Hi, when using the Bricks Map widget, what is allowed to be used for the Address content?
I am trying to pass it a location_field that is text and a simple place name … but the map display remains greyed out. If I remove my dynamic data it displays the default map location ok.
If it is relevant I am creating a CPT using Metabox for Events. I’d like the users to be able to enter a location/address/post code and for that to be displayed on a map when viewed on the front end.
I initially tried using Metaboxes Googlemaps field within the CPT, but that doesn’t show the usual google maps location box. ( yes I have all the API keys setup )
Doh, think it’s working now.
I seem to be seeing many odd behaviours since 1.3 I make changes e.g. to a Template and the change does not show up. If I wait a while/hour, then it will suddenly appear.
Same seems to have happened with the map address which has now started working.
A bit of head scratching and a 1.3.1 update will hopefully help.
I am facing the same problem with Maps and Bricks Builder 1.5.
How did you define the fields for latitude and longitude? Text or numbers? Are these two fields required when using dynamic data? Or is the address enough?

I didn’t use Lat/Lon at all. Just wanted to use location which is a plain text field.
