A customer project requires a form with the ability to upload various file types. These include PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DXF, DWG, STP, STEP, and IGES. My customer then receives these files as email attachments. However, I can only upload PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files, and not the important DXF, DWG, STP, STEP, and IGES files. The warning “The uploaded file type is not allowed” appears.
It can’t be a problem with WordPress itself, since I have allowed these file types and the upload to the media library works. Therefore, the problem lies with the BB form. How can I fix this?
