WS Form has this and in my humble opinion - ALL form tools should have this.
User fills in a form
The form has an action to send an email to the email address provided
The user clicks a link to confirm the email address
This link returns to the sending form and the email is confirmed
The user hits submit and the other actions are performed
This seems so obvious to me
