Form email {{all_fields}} output could default to table formatting when HTML enabled

Hey guys,

As per title – in some other form builders and theme forms I’ve used, the default “all fields” output is formatted in a simple HTML table. It helps hugely with legibility of form submission emails, especially if there are many inputs.

I’m a lazy guy and I love it when the defaults are helpful :wink:

In Bricks’ case, maybe this could become the default if “HTML Email” is enabled with only the {{all_fields}} output.

We can set up tables manually using all the field IDs and our own HTML, but it would be a nice out-of-the-box feature.
