Form elements: Acceptance checkbox & Checkbox opt-in

Hey would be very useful if you could add these two things to the form functionality:

acceptance checkbox
example here Acceptance checkbox | Contact Form 7

opt-in checkbox
custom opt-in for example “I want to subscribe to your newsletter” as part of other than stand alone subscription form.

To my knowledge these two things cannot be done with current state of bricks builder.
