Fitler CPT by ACF Date custom field

Hi,

I created a date meta field using ACF and now I would like to filter posts that are newer or older than the date picked.

The metafiled is called event_date. As you can see on the images I have the posts order by that field date and it works.

However, the struggle is on the Meta Query. The image shows where I am at.

Any help is appreciated.

SOLVED: Meta query loop with ACF Datepicker field returning no results

I am trying to sort query results by an ACF Datepicker field by the name ‘date’ and only show results which are having a date in ‘future’. It’s not showing any results. Choosing ‘Lesser than’ compare shows every post in the CPT regardless of its relation with the current date. What am I doing wrong? [1] [2] [3]
