First Bricks build for a client. Originally built with another builder, but load times were an issue along with being restricted by the builder.
Rebuilt their site with Bricks and the client is incredibly pleased. It’s quick and I was able to make changes that they had envisioned as Bricks doesn’t restrict me like the other builder did.

Oooo beautiful loading animation!! So slick.
What were you using before? And what did you think of the learning curve with Bricks?
I’m just getting started and enjoying myself so far.

Came from Divi. Learning curve was interesting, like climbing a cliff for the first few days, then it’s been a gentle hill.
Some superb tutorials on YouTube.
Thanks for the compliment on the opening animations. I love using animations, but I try to keep them subtle and minimal.

Oooo any particular tutorials you found helpful? I’ve been trying to find more
I LOVE the fade out/in when clicking on the menu links. Would you mind sharing how you achieved this effect? Thanks!

Very nice site. Loading animating looks slick. Font size I would put bigger on mobile.

Hi,
This is done via Motion.page using page exit and page load triggers.

How is your experience with motion.page and pagespeed impact?

Took me a while to get my head around how to utilise it properly.
Lots of trial and error on a test website.
Overall, not seen any significant page speed issues.
Obviously if you create lots of animations when the page initially loads, this will affect page speed scores, but not real use page speed.
Overall it’s superb and I use it a lot more than I expected to.
