FIlter Widget: How to apply at Metabox Relationships

Hi!

I have a Metabox relationship between 2 CPTs (Teachers and Courses)

I have a query loop to display the list of teachers and for each teacher I have set a query loop to display the related courses (see screenshot)

I would like to create checkbox filters for the course on the left (see screenshot)
