Equal hight for icon Boxes

Hey there, I’m new in bricks Builder and have issues with equal hight for my icon boxes.
If you scroll down here (Elementor Pro) http://schramm.herzgf.de/ you will see 4 boxes and they are the Same height and width.
Now on Brick builder http://schramm1.herzgf.de/ you see the Same boxes, but I dont know how to to this
In the column I can stretch it, but then only the Icon is stretch but the text is furthermore on the left and I dont have the gap between the Boxes

Style - Layout - Height 300px and Width 100%

but it’s better to use grid
