Elementor Pro CTA effect, how to in Bricks

So I created this site in Elementor and would love to migrate it to Bricks. I do have this one page I created though with a section using the CTA widget in E-Pro. What would be the best way to recreate this effect, and how to?

You need a small js code. A trigger that will track the element’s position and change styles.

I think the best solution would be the gsap library.
