I’m a web designer and new to Bricks. I’m already a big fan!
I’ve just finished a website and plan to hand it over to clients after we teach them how to use it.
In my web agency, we allow clients to drag and drop, add new sections to pages, and duplicate sections from one page to another.
The issue I’m facing is that to make this possible, I need to set them up as administrators, which works, but it gives them access to the class and variable managers, as well as the global theme settings, which is a concern.
It would be very useful to have another level of access. The “modify content” access is too limited for us, but “full access” is a bit risky.
I wouldn’t mind using a snippet in functions.php to adjust permissions, for example.
I’d love to hear from others on what they think about this, and if anyone has already found a solution!
