Ecommerce Store Question

Hi everyone,

I’m building my first Woocomerce and Bricks Builder site simultaneously, so please be kind:)

Using the Nav (Nestable) menu, the site includes a dropdown menu with five sub-menus; the parent menu (Shop) will only trigger the sub/fly-out menu, not serve as a link.

I designed two different product archive templates and a single product template.

Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to link the sub-menus with their respective product pages.

For example, when I click on a menu link to a product page, I see a blank page; not a single product listing. What do I need to do so that the products show, using the appropriate template product archive template?

Sorry for asking what is likely a very foolish question but I can’t find a way to do it.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Mark

Make sure you are using the link option for that dropdown (Shop).

Also, when it comes to creating templates, you have to make sure you apply the right conditions to the pages you want that template to be applied too.

Hi,

Thanks for responding to my post. I was away from my desk and couldn’t respond earlier.

My template settings were incorrect. After making the corrections, all appears to be working well. Thanks again for your help.

Kind regards,

Mark

Excellent, glad it is all working. =]
