DUPLICATE: Template Import Doesn't Import Pseudo Styles

Problem:
When a template is imported, pseudo element styles are imported but do not show until you enable that pseudo element.

Desired Behavior:
If a template is imported and has pseudo element styles, any required pseudo elements should be enabled during the import so those styles work immediately after import.

The problem has already been reported some time ago and is currently planned to be solved with Bricks 2.0

WIP: States (pseudo-classes) strange bug after import a template

I didnt use any pseudo in this website. My friend sent me a template section where he added plus pseudo classes states. (:before, :after, :hover:before) After I improrted hes json template section all of the states are gone from drop-down options and only showed the :before state. If, I deleted the :before state, saved the template and refresh the editor, gone back the default states again. After I added manually again the states (:before, :after, :hover:before) and working everything again. …

I’ll close this thread accordingly. We’ll update the original thread as soon as we’ve fixed the issue.
