yeah, you are right. Some of the CLS reports were probably closed as some other things were improved lately, but there is still this issue with the slider. We already have a report here:

Browser: Chrome 131.0.6778.205 OS: Windows Hi bricks team, In version 1.12, all CLS issues in templates, especially WooCommerce My Account, have been fixed. But the CLS is still extremely high in the nestable slider element, especially if we use this element at the top of the page. also In the builder, this element also has CLS and loads with a lot of delay.
