If a Div is a flexbox and there is any setting other than default, if the Div is changed to a block, the setting indicator shows above the breakpoint icon at the top of the builder and looks like a phatom setting indicator.
This happens in v2.3.10 and v2.4-beta2

Unfortunately, this isn’t a new problem, and it was already reported some time ago:
The correct procedure at this time is to clear the previous settings as well, since they will otherwise remain.
I’m going to try to give this old task a nudge, and we’ll post an update in the original thread as soon as we can present a solution.
