DUPLICATE: Nested Slider: Short "flash" on Load or refresh the page

I apologize if I have overlooked a coresponding post…

When loading/starting a nested slider, I observe a short “flash” before the slider displays its desired format. Happens in all Browsers (Mac & Win).
Here is an example: Happy Files Gallery – Kai Abresch Fotograf – Staging

To make sure this is not due to larger images or other formatting I have done, I have built a “blank” nested slider in a new section with no further formatting. The same effect here.
Example: Justified Image Grid – Kai Abresch Fotograf – Staging

Did I miss something? Thanks for any advice :slightly_smiling_face:,
Kai

Hi,

yep, I can see the issue. The problem is that Splide (slider JS library) styling is loaded at the footer of the page, so that’s why you see that “flash” after the page loads.

The problem was already reported in the following topic, where you can also see a possible workaround.

I’ll close this topic and mark it as a duplicate.

Best regards,
M
