DUPLICATE: Media-views.min uncaught typeerror. this.activateMode is not a function

When I try to add media in a text block the WordPress window does not open to be able to select an image and if I inspect with the Dev Tools I see that it gives an error in some JavaScript:

media-views.min uncaught typeerror. this.activateMode is not a function

how can fix this? It’s a clean installation, no plugins, additions, or anything.
